1. Purpose


This policy outlines how Drunken Yeti Ltd. responds to legal requests and interacts with law-enforcement and regulatory authorities regarding MyVIPFantasy.com. It fulfills requirements under the EU Digital Services Act (Article 15) and international cooperation standards.

3. Types of Requests We Process


We respond to:



  • Subpoenas, warrants, and court orders from competent authorities.

  • Emergency disclosure requests involving imminent threats to life or safety.

  • Preservation requests requiring temporary data retention.

  • Content-removal or blocking orders issued under applicable law.


Each request is reviewed for authenticity, legal basis, and jurisdiction.



4. Information That May Be Disclosed


Depending on the request’s scope and legal validity, we may disclose:



  • Account registration details.

  • Verification and payout information.

  • IP addresses, login data, or usage logs.

  • Uploaded content identifiers and associated metadata.


We do not provide passwords, encryption keys, or backdoor access.



5. Verification and Jurisdiction


All requests are reviewed by legal counsel to ensure they comply with Cyprus law, the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, and international mutual-assistance procedures (MLATs). Non-EU requests are processed only when accompanied by a valid treaty request or recognized legal mechanism.



6. Transparency Reporting


Twice per year we publish a Transparency Report that summarizes:



  • The number and category of legal requests received.

  • The number of requests granted or rejected.

  • The types of content removals or account actions taken.


Personal data and confidential case information are excluded from these reports.



7. Emergency Contact for Imminent Harm


Authorities needing immediate assistance to prevent risk to life or safety may mark their message URGENT: IMMINENT HARM in the subject line and send to legal@myvipfantasy.com. These requests are prioritized 24/7.



8. Preservation of Evidence


When legally required, we preserve specified data for up to 90 days pending receipt of formal legal process. If no formal request arrives within that time, preserved data is deleted.



9. Cooperation


Drunken Yeti Ltd. cooperates with local, EU, and international law-enforcement bodies, including Europol and Interpol, consistent with human-rights and privacy standards.
