1. Purpose

This policy describes how Drunken Yeti Ltd. verifies the age and identity of all creators, performers, and applicable users of MyVIPFantasy.com, to comply with:

• EU and Cypriot AML/KYC laws;


• The EU Digital Services Act (DSA);


• Mastercard and Visa adult-site requirements; and


• Best practices for preventing underage access and non-consensual material.

2. Verification Provider

Drunken Yeti Ltd. uses Veriff OÜ, an independent, GDPR-compliant verification service provider headquartered in Estonia.

Veriff performs live identity and age checks using secure document capture and biometric analysis.

Veriff acts as a data processor, and Drunken Yeti Ltd. remains the data controller responsible for lawful use of verification data.

3. Who Must Be Verified

Verification is mandatory for:

• All creators and performers before they can upload or monetize content.


• Any user who appears in explicit or monetized content.


• Any individual or business receiving payouts from the Platform.


• Fans or subscribers who only consume content are subject to lighter verification unless required by local law.

4. Verification Procedure

• The user is redirected to Veriff’s secure verification interface.


• They capture a valid government-issued ID and a live selfie video.


• Veriff authenticates the document and matches it to the selfie.


• Veriff confirms successful verification to MyVIPFantasy.com via secure API.


• Drunken Yeti Ltd. stores only the verification result and metadata, not the ID images.

Verification metadata includes: User ID, verification reference number, date/time, and outcome.

5. Data Retention and Access

Veriff retains ID images and biometrics for up to five (5) years after account closure, per our Data Processing Agreement.

Drunken Yeti Ltd. retains only the metadata (verification confirmation) for the same period.

Stored data is encrypted, access-restricted, and audited annually.

If requested by regulators, processors, or law-enforcement, we can obtain a copy of a user’s verification record from Veriff.

6. User Rights and Data Protection

Verification data is processed lawfully under GDPR Articles 6(1)(b) (contract) and 9(2)(a) (explicit consent).

Users may withdraw consent or request deletion of verification data after account closure by emailing privacy@myvipfantasy.com.

Requests are fulfilled unless data retention is required by law or payment-processor regulations.

7. Manual Review and Appeals

If automated verification fails, users may complete manual review by securely submitting documentation to our compliance team.

No account will be activated for monetization until verification is confirmed.

8. Audit and Compliance

We conduct annual audits of the verification workflow and maintain a compliance log of all verifications.

Verification data is available to payment processors, banks, and regulators for inspection upon request.
