1. Purpose

This policy explains how copyright holders can report and request removal of material on MyVIPFantasy.com that allegedly infringes their intellectual property rights. Drunken Yeti Ltd. respects the rights of creators and complies with both the EU Copyright Directive (2019/790) and the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for content accessible in the United States.

2. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content on MyVIPFantasy.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to legal@myvipfantasy.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.


• The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing content.


• Your full name, address, phone number, and email.


• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.


• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.


• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete or invalid notices may not be processed.

3. Review and Removal

Upon receiving a valid notice, Drunken Yeti Ltd. will:

• Disable access to or remove the identified content.


• Notify the user who uploaded it of the takedown.


• Record the action in our internal moderation log.

We may forward the complaint details to the uploader for transparency and dispute resolution.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to legal@myvipfantasy.com that includes:

• Identification of the removed material and its prior location.


• Your contact information.


• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.


• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus (or, for U.S. users, your local federal court).


• Your physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notification is received, we will forward it to the complainant. The content may be restored within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a legal action.

5. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly upload infringing material may have their accounts terminated. We maintain a Repeat Infringer Log for internal compliance with both EU and DMCA safe-harbor requirements.

6. Intellectual Property of Drunken Yeti Ltd.

“MyVIPFantasy,” “Drunken Yeti,” and related marks, logos, and software are proprietary assets of Drunken Yeti Ltd. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
