1. Introduction & Acceptance

MyVIPFantasy.com (“the Platform”) is owned and operated by Drunken Yeti Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between Drunken Yeti Ltd. and you (“user,” “you,” “your”). By using the Platform you accept these Terms, our Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, AI Disclosure, and other linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform allows human creators and AI personas to share interactive voice, video, image, and text content with consenting adults. You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the capacity to enter this agreement. You use the Platform at your own risk and sole responsibility.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to monetized or adult areas requires age and identity verification through approved third-party services (e.g., Veriff OÜ). You agree to provide accurate identification and consent to verification under GDPR Articles 6 and 9. Unverified or underage users are permanently prohibited. We may block jurisdictions where adult content is restricted by law.

3. Accounts and Registration

• You may hold only one account.


• Provide true, complete information and keep credentials secure.


• You are responsible for all activity on your account.


• Accounts inactive for six months may be suspended or deleted.


• You may delete your account any time; data will then be processed per our Privacy Notice and GDPR Article 17.

4. Account Types

4.1 Human Creator Accounts

Creators may upload and sell content. You retain ownership of your uploads but license Drunken Yeti Ltd. to host and distribute them for operation and promotion of the Platform. Creators receive 60 percent (60%) of net revenue (after fees and taxes); the Company retains 40%.

4.2 AI Persona Accounts

AI Personas operated by Drunken Yeti Ltd. are owned entirely by the Company, which retains 100% of earnings. Creators using our AI tools to build their own personas receive the standard 60/40 split and must label their personas as synthetic.

4.3 Fan Accounts

Fans purchase access to creator or AI content using their account balance. Redistribution or recording of content is strictly prohibited.

5. Use of the Platform

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for lawful, personal purposes. You must not use the Platform

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not upload, stream, or share material that depicts, promotes, or suggests:

• Minors (real or simulated) or age-play themes.


• Lack of consent, coercion, intoxication, or trafficking.


• Non-consensual sexual material or deepfakes of real people.


• Incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or bodily-fluid fetishes (excrement, urine, vomit, blood).


• Torture, mutilation, or extreme violence.


• Prostitution or solicitation for in-person sexual services.


• Illegal drug use or promotion of controlled substances.


• Suicide, self-harm, or extreme pain fetish acts.


• Hate speech or harassment based on protected traits.


• Fraud, impersonation, spam, or money-laundering.


• AI depictions of identifiable people without consent.


• AI outputs falsely presented as real.

Violations may result in immediate termination and referral to authorities.

7. Payments and Revenue

Overview — All transactions are processed via EU-regulated payment gateways under PSD2 and AML rules.

Account Balance — Funds may be used for human text chats, human video calls, human voice calls, AI text chats, AI video calls, and AI voice calls. Balances expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Purchases and Refunds — All sales are final unless fraudulent or mandated by law. Refund requests within 30 days to billing@myvipfantasy.com.

Creator Revenue — 60% to creator, 40% to Company after fees and taxes. Creators must handle their own tax obligations.

AI Personas — Company retains 100% revenue from Company-operated personas. Creator AI personas use the standard split.

Anti-Money-Laundering and Fraud — We may verify sources of funds, suspend payouts, and report suspicious activity to MOKAS (Cyprus) or other authorities.

8. Intellectual Property and Licensing

All site software, design, and AI models are owned by Drunken Yeti Ltd. Creators retain ownership of their uploads but license the Company to host and promote them. AI outputs created by Company systems are Company property. Use of our trademarks without permission is forbidden.

Copyright complaints may be sent to legal@myvipfantasy.com with proof of ownership and removal request per EU Directive 2019/790 or the U.S. DMCA.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The District Court of Nicosia has exclusive jurisdiction unless the parties agree to binding arbitration. Non-EU users may opt for London Court of International Arbitration rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

Use is at your own risk. Drunken Yeti Ltd. is not liable for user-generated content or AI outputs. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid to us in the previous 12 months.
