1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Drunken Yeti Ltd. enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or the production or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

We are committed to ensuring that all activity on MyVIPFantasy.com is lawful, consensual, and compliant with international human-rights standards.

2. Age and Identity Verification

All creators and performers must complete verified age and identity checks before uploading or earning revenue.

Verification is handled through certified providers such as Veriff OÜ, which verify authenticity of identification documents and confirm users are 18 years or older.

Unverified accounts cannot upload or monetize content.

3. Enforcement and Reporting

• Any content or behavior suggesting trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual acts is removed immediately upon detection or report.
• Violators are permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities such as the Cyprus Police, MOKAS (Unit for Combating Money Laundering), Europol, or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
• All abuse reports are investigated within seven (7) business days and outcomes are documented.

4. Staff Training

All employees, moderators, and contractors involved in content review receive annual training on:

• Identifying signs of trafficking, coercion, or exploitation.
• Safe reporting and escalation protocols.
• Legal obligations under EU and card-network regulations.

5. Cooperation with Law-Enforcement and NGOs

Drunken Yeti Ltd. cooperates with international law-enforcement agencies, non-governmental organizations, and payment processors to identify, report, and prevent trafficking or exploitation.

We also work with trusted notifier organizations to remove CSAM or other illegal material swiftly.

6. User Reporting

Anyone can report suspected trafficking, exploitation, or CSAM by emailing report@myvipfantasy.com or submitting the Report Abuse form.

All reports are treated confidentially and handled with urgency.

7. Accountability

We maintain logs of reports and resolutions and include aggregated data in our biannual Transparency Reports.

We continuously evaluate our verification, moderation, and staff-training systems to ensure compliance and user safety.
