1. Purpose

This disclosure explains how AI Personas operate on MyVIPFantasy.com and what users should know about interacting with them.

It fulfills transparency obligations under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Article 52) and our commitment to clear communication.

2. What Are AI Personas

AI Personas are synthetic, computer-generated profiles created and managed by Drunken Yeti Ltd.

They use advanced language and voice generation models to simulate conversation, companionship, and entertainment.

When you interact with an AI Persona, no human is present in real time.

3. Labeling and Identification

All AI Personas are:

• Clearly labeled as “AI” or “Artificial Persona.”
• Displayed with an “AI Persona” badge on their profiles.
• Segregated from human creator profiles in search and recommendations.

Users should always assume that an “AI” label means the persona is fully synthetic.

4. Ownership

All company-operated AI Personas and their generated outputs—including text, audio, and future video content—are owned exclusively by Drunken Yeti Ltd.

Creators who use Platform tools to build their own AI Personas retain ownership of their input data but license generated outputs to the Company under the Platform Terms of Service.

5. Data and Privacy

• Conversations and voice interactions with AI Personas may be logged for moderation, improvement, or continuity.
• These logs are processed under the GDPR and retained no longer than 12 months.
• Personal information disclosed to an AI Persona may be stored and processed as described in the Privacy Notice.
• AI interactions are encrypted and not shared with third parties for marketing.

6. Accuracy and Limitations

AI Personas are fictional and for entertainment only.

They do not provide factual, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Responses may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or fabricated.

7. Future AI Services

Planned expansions include:

• AI Text Chat: private text-based conversations (launch planned 2025–2026).
• AI Video Sessions: interactive virtual experiences (targeted for 2026).

All AI features will continue to include clear labeling and consent prompts.
