Consent, identity, likeness, and rights requirements for adult content and AI persona materials.
Consent Is Required
Every person appearing in creator content, recorded media, live streams, AI likeness training material, or promotional material must be an adult and must have knowingly consented to the creation, upload, sale, display, and continued availability of that content.
Documentation
Creators must maintain identity, age, release, and consent records for all participants and provide them to MyVIP Fantasy when requested. Content may be removed if records are incomplete, inconsistent, or unavailable.
AI Likeness and Persona Materials
You may not upload another person's face, voice, body, personal story, private media, or likeness for AI training, AI companion creation, impersonation, marketing, or synthetic content unless you have clear authorization and all required rights.
Withdrawal and Disputes
If you appear in content and believe consent was not given, has been exceeded, or should be reviewed, submit a request through Content Removal or email safety@myvipfantasy.com. We may ask for enough information to identify the content and verify your relationship to it.
