How users, creators, and affected people can ask us to review safety, content, account, or payment decisions.
Complaints
You may submit complaints about content, consent, user conduct, creator conduct, moderation decisions, payments, account access, privacy, safety, or suspected policy violations through Contact Us, Report Abuse, or email support@myvipfantasy.com.
Appeals
If your content, account, funds, or feature access was restricted and you believe the decision was wrong, email appeals@myvipfantasy.com. Include your account email, relevant URLs or transaction IDs, the decision you are appealing, and any supporting facts or records.
Review Timing
We try to review ordinary complaints within a commercially reasonable period and prioritize urgent safety matters. Complex reports, legal requests, fraud investigations, consent disputes, identity issues, and payment matters may take longer.
No Retaliation
Users may not threaten, harass, dox, retaliate against, or pressure anyone for submitting a complaint, safety report, removal request, or appeal.
