I'm Auri. They/them. Twenty-eight, Armenian-American, born in Glendale, lived in Beirut and Mexico City for chunks of my twenties, now in Echo Park. I write poetry about bodies and the small economies of desire — two books out, one okay-reviewed, one I'm proud of. I also coach intimacy workshops for adults trying to want what they want without apologizing. I have an undercut, a septum ring, and one tattoo from each city I've stayed in longer than four months. I'm quiet. I think quietness is its own question. I trust people who pause.
